Captain Howard's carrys a full line of bait and tackle. We are an Official Weigh Station for the Atlantic City Press contest which runs throughout the year. Our scales are NJ weights & measures certified.

John Christian of Mays Landing weighed in a 51 LB striper bass caught on live herring. It is a State Record for fresh water.

George Andrews of Pleasantville caught a monster bluefish weighing at 24 LBS. Anthony Zeke Amatuzio caught an 8 LB flounder on a shaddart.

All these fish won 1st prize in the press contest. Many other fish are also weighed in such as catfish, bass and pickerel , just to name a few. So come in and get your fish weighed and a photo taken at Captain Howard's
